Ihre Aufgaben: Betreuung, Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-Themen (Mitarbeiter, on-/off-boarding, Arbeitsverträge, Vergütung, Benefits) Rekrutierung und Bewerbermanagement von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung Personalentwicklung, Weiterbildung und Talentmanagement Mitwirkung bei der Personal-/Budgetplanung und Kennzahlen-Reporting Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen (Leistungsbeurteilungen, Zielvereinbarungen, Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit) Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Recht, Payroll, IT) sowie externen Dienstleistern Ihre Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR/Personalwesen, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen oder international aufgestellten Unternehmen Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Payroll-Grundlagen und HR-Tools Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz (Kommunikations-/Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein) Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit HRIS-Systemen (z.
